Obverse: Second crowned and draped bust in ruff armour and mantle facing left, value XX in field behind, mint mark Heart over anchor on obverse, heart on reverse, with Latin legend and beaded borders surrounding: .CAROLVS. D; G’ MAG; BR; FR; ET. HI; REX
Reverse: Square-topped shield with crowned quartered shield of arms, with Latin legend and beaded boarders surrounding: FLORENT CONCORDIA. REGNA.

Struck on a large full round flan, weak in places as usual for the issue, very fine with a superb deep golden red tone.
