Reverse: Crowned cruciform shields, emblematic sceptres in angles, four interlinked Cs at centre, date (1683) either side of top crown, with Latin legend and toothed border surrounding: .MAG. BR. FRA. ET. HIB REX.

16.7 grams, 30 mm in diameter.
Lightly toned with a pleasing portrait, some weakness on the high points both sides as usual with the issue, otherwise almost very fine.
