Queen Anne Gold Guinea 1714, Post-Union with Scotland, (1707-14).
Obverse: Third draped bust facing left, with Latin legend and toothed border surrounding: ANNA .DEI. GRATIA.
Reverse: Post-Union crowned cruciform shields, sceptres in angles, seven strings to harp, garter star at centre, date (1714) either side of the top crown, with Latin legend and toothed border surrounding: MAG. BRI. FR. ET. H I B REG. (Irregular spacing to H I B).

About very fine for the issue, with an attractive orange-golden tone, residually lustrous, a pleasing example of a Queen Anne portrait.
