In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and return it in the condition it was sent within this period using REGISTERED POST or your country's insurance coverage equivalent only with tracking number, for exchange, credit or refund of the coins purchase price.

When buying from Wessex Coins you acknowledge that the grading of coins is subjective, and may vary from company to company, specialist to specialist, as the process of grading is by its very nature an art, not an exact science.
Coins for sale by us (Wessex Coins), have been graded to the accepted standard within the UK, to the best of our ability.
For this reason we do not accept the opinions of third party coin grading services for example NGC and PCGS and we will not be bound by their opinions.
