Victoria, 1887 Golden Jubilee Specimen Currency coin set, comprising of four Gold and seven Silver coins. (11).
Gold Five-Pounds, Two-Pounds, Sovereign, Half-Sovereign Silver Crown, Half-crown, Double-florin with Roman I in date, Florin, Shilling, Sixpence, Threepence. 
All housed within a black leatherette box, with gold lace pattern, and gold block letters, (JUBILEE COINAGE/ 1887), by Spink & Sons, 2 Gracechurch St, London. 
Coins set upon a blue coloured velvet pad, with a purple silk lid inlay, the box being in a very good original state of preservation.

The Gold uncirculated, with some minor contact/friction-marks and hairlines, otherwise lustrous and matching.
The silver uncirculated, with some light contact marks, most likely from moving within the box, over the last 136 years, otherwise with a matching superb proof-like appearance and tone. 
A completely original matching set, unlike the many composite sets within the current market place, scarce.
