Obverse: Half-length figure of St. Peter facing with a key (to the Kingdom of Heaven) in his left hand and a book in his right, above quartered arms of Limburg, Brabant, and Luxembourg, all within a tressure of arches with lis on the cusps and trefoils in the spandrel, with Latin legend surrounding: +WЄnCЄLΛVS: T: IOhΛnΛ x | x DЄI: GRΛ: BRΛB: DVCЄS (saltire and double saltire stops).
Reverse: Ornate cross fleurée with rosette in center, with Latin legend and beaded borders surrounding: + XPC: VIИCIT: XPC: RЄGИΛT: XPC: IMPЄRΛT.
