Obverse: D N ARCADI VS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust facing right 
Reverse: CONCORDI A AVGGG, Constantinopolis, helmeted, enthroned facing, head right, foot on prow, holding vertical spear in right hand and shield inscribed VOT/ V/ MVL/ X in four lines in left; Δ//CONOB. 
RIC IX 70c.2 var. (bust type)
4.4 grams, 21 mm in diameter.
Good very fine, with a pleasing portrait.
